The Remedy - An Evening in Molecular Gastronomy

Welcome to our 3 course molecular cocktail experience, offering beverages that have been slowly and meticulously developed with this specific intention, paired with small bites for the first time ever in The Remedy. All of our guests will receive their courses in the same round, allowing you all to enjoy the sensory approach I have cultivated as a group. Communal dining and drinking is one of our favorite ways to dine, and at this level the nuance and flavors that each person perceives are different based on your individual palates, enhancing the conversation and enriching the flavors and aromas for everyone, simply by being a part of the experience. This is only the beginning.

Amuse-Bouche:
Gin —> Acid

Course 1:
Armagnac —> Herbal

Course 2:
Neutral Grain —> Savory

Course 3:
Cognac —> Spice

We will always accommodate dietary restrictions to the best of our ability with prior notice, however modifications to certain cocktails may not be possible due to the nature of molecular gastronomy and the inherent needs of fats and acids, so substitutions may be required in some cases.
